• Interior finish work specifically includes reproduction of historic paint colors, anaglpyta reproduction, marble floor restoration, and original shellac finish renewal

The Fayette County Courthouse is the oldest remaining courthouse from architect J. Riely Gordon. The design was the first in a Texas public building to employ elements of the Romanesque Revival style and Gordon’s trademark central atrium.
In 2006, our project received a Citation of Honor from AIA Austin and the Treasures of Texas Award for Best Restoration from Preservation Texas. It was featured on the AIA National Convention tour in May, 2007, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation tour in October, 2010.
